I think middle school bus times should be different from high school times, because middle school students and high school students have different needs and schedules. Middle school students often need more sleep and a later start time can help them be more alert and ready for learning. On the other hand, high school students may have more after school activities, jobs, or responsibilities that require them to finish their school day earlier. Staggering the bus times can also reduce traffic congestion and make the transportation system more efficient. Overall, having different bus times can better accommodate the unique needs of both age groups.
