Boys Volleyball – Post-season reflections and next year’s aspirations
Mehlville’s boys volleyball team’s regular season has come to an end, with their record coming out at 21 wins and 15 losses total. Now, with their time up, our volleyball players reflect on this year’s season and plan for the next.
We asked sophomore players Charlie Sease, Jayden Nguyen, and Nick Wozniak what thoughts and goals they had.
When asked what they’d like to improve on for next season, junior varsity player Jayden Nguyen had this to say.
“I’d mainly like to work on my receiving and setting,” said Nguyen.
When varsity player Charlie Sease was asked what he was proud of this season, Sease said.
“We were able to come back and win several of our games despite being down for the first half,” said Sease.
Overall, despite the boys doing well this year, they’re still seeking to improve and do even better next year.
