What’s it like being a wrestler?
Tim Ghormley: It’s fun, It’s a really tight group. Every wrestler is part of this brotherhood, everyone knows eachother like they are family.
MM: What’s is it like right before a match?
TG: It’s takes a lot of mental preparation, I have to think what might happen in the match.
MM: Do you have any rituals before your match?
TG: I wear different socks for each meet.
MM: As soon as you shake your opponent’s hand what goes through your head?
TG: my mind goes blank and i just think back to my drilling and my instincts kick in.
MM: Is it hard to keep weight?
TG: I don’t have that problem, but in the past I remember it being very stressful.
MM: What is your diet like?
TG: I eat healthy everyday. I try to eat a balanced diet. I eat a lot of proteins and don’t drink soda.
MM: How long have you been wrestling for?
TG: I’ve been wrestling since the 5th grade.
MM: What makes you a better wrestler?
TG: Always being pushed in practice. I’ve also been coach very well over the years.
MM: What’s your favorite wrestling move
TG: The High C and Slide By
MM:Why do you wrestle
TG: I started out wrestling for my family but over the years i really grew a passion for it.
MM: Who is your inspiration?
TG: My father
MM: Do you plan on wrestling in college?
TG: I haven’t really decided yet.
