Whether you are a coffee enthusiast or someone who is just there for the fun, Teleo Coffee is the perfect spot for a cute coffee date with your friends, or even just a place to get some work done.
Teleo is located at 132 W Monroe Avenue in downtown Kirkwood. Being in a quieter part of St. Louis, the location of the coffee shop provides a serene and peaceful escape from the stressors of everyday life. Their layout provides customers with a variety of different seating from outside under their wooden roofing, to upstairs in their community-based rooms. The many different seating areas allow for many customers to be there at one time and enjoy their food.
Not only does Teleo Coffee offer a wide variety of coffees and variations, but they have recently introduced their fall menu. Their fall drinks include flavors such as pumpkin, apple, marshmallow, and more. Additionally, they also have a frothed pumpkin and white chocolate latte, a variation of coffee that many places do not carry.
I decided that I was time to put the reviews to the test and try it for myself. Immediately when I arrived I noticed that the parking at Teleo was limited, especially considering the demand. However, there is additional parking around the backside of the building which allows for many more customers. My order was a small, iced, pumpkin delight latte with oatmilk. Overall, I would rate the coffee a 8/10 because the coffee itself was great, but I’m not a huge fan of cinnamon in coffee. The flavor that the cinnamon brought to the coffee was amazing, but the grainy texture that it leaves behind was slightly disruptive to the general texture of the coffee.
Their pricing was somewhat reasonable, especially for a smaller business, and most of their coffees range from about $4-$7. I would highly reccommend trying Teleo Coffee the next time you are in the Kirkwood area, or just looking for a fun new place to try.
