The new CAVA in the St.Charles area is honestly one of the best fast-casual restaurants to open here in a while. Located in Cottleville, this is the first Missouri location for the popular Mediterranean chain, and it definitely lives up to the hype.

The restaurant has a modern and clean environment that feels welcoming the moment you walk in. The staff was friendly, patient, and helpful while explaining the menu, especially for first-time customers.

One of the best parts about CAVA is how customization everything is. You can build your own bowl, salad, or pita with fresh ingredients, flavorful proteins, dips, toppings, and sauces. There are so many combinations that every meal can feel different.

I tried a bowl with Harissa Honey Chicken, Brown Rice, Tzatziki, Fire-Roasted Corn, Shredded Romaine, and Fiery Broccoli. Everything tasted fresh and full of flavor without feeling too heavy. The pita chips are also worth trying because they are fresh and addicting.
